How to avoid improper use of springs:
1. Please don't use it more than 300,000 times.
2. The use of no preloading is caused by the up and down vibration of the spring caused by the clearance, resulting in the deformation of the spring. If you have a preload, the spring is more stable.
3. When the spring is used horizontally, it will cause the guide wire and spring to wear and break.
4. The use of spring guide without spring guide, such as in the case of dance spring guide, it is easy to cause the deformation of the bottom of the spring and the valve body, the local high pressure of the torsion part of the spring is the cause of spring fracture, please use the inner diameter guide needle or outer diameter guide device.
5. When the parallelism of the stationary surface is poor, it will cause spring deformation, local high pressure fracture, spring deformation and spring fracture caused by reuse of more than 300,000 times. Please improve the parallelism of the assembly surface under the condition of no more than 300,000 times of reuse.
