At low temperature, the ductility of materials is very sensitive to surface defects, so the surface quality of materials should be strictly required.

At low temperature, the corrosion degree of the material from the natural environment is much lower than that of the greenhouse, and cadmium and hot-dip galvanizing in the plating process are prone to brittle fracture.

At low temperature, the elastic modulus and expansion coefficient of the material do not change much and cannot be considered in the formulation.

The choice of hardness and compressive strength of spring steel spring depends on the bearing characteristics and internal stress, and the relative height of hardness is closely related to the fracture toughness of plane stress.

There are many manufacturing processes for springs, but their main forms are inch: There are two main processes, cold forming and hot forming. Spring cold forming process is generally suitable for small wire diameter, or the shape of complex special-shaped spring, such as wire diameter less than 15mm of various clamping spring, tension spring, torsion spring, convex spring, concave spring, arc spring. The cold forming process is simple and avoids the deformation and decarbonization caused by reheat treatment.
