After grinding and polishing, clean with water, clean the scratch on the surface of the spring, improve the smoothness of the surface of the spring. But this method is not suitable for high-precision, easily wound springs.

The above two methods are suitable for high precision springs

3. In acoustic equipment, the ratio of cleaning agent to clean water is about 1:30. Spring surface to restore the natural color of the metal, no oil and oxide skin time is appropriate. Remove, rinse with clean water, so that the surface of the finger spring to achieve matte effect

Step 2: Polish the finger spring:

The brightener B and coarse abrasive (the volume ratio of spring and fine abrasive is 1:3, the amount of brightener B is about 1-2 of the weight of the spring, the longer the time, the higher the brightness) together into the vibration polishing machine or hexagonal drum. After polishing, remove, rinse with water and dry. In this way, the surface of the touch spring is as bright as nickel plating and will not fade.
