In this paper, considering the influence of random load, strength degradation and random structural parameters, the research on the reliability of inclined coil spring is carried out: In this paper, the main failure modes and reliability problems of inclined coil spring in sealing and electrical connection are summarized. It is pointed out that the reliability problem is closely related to the working stress, and the working stress is analyzed based on its mechanical analysis. Secondly, three methods are used to calculate and analyze the main reliability problems of the inclined coil spring in the use of electrical connection, that is, according to the stress. Finally, in order to further carry out the research of the reliability test, the structure of the inclined coil spring accelerated life test bed is preliminically designed in this paper, and the specific operation process and test methods are specified in detail, which provides a good background for the development of the next step of the reliability test research.
